The National Energy Council, in a videoconference with the country, examined in its session this Thursday, the implementation of actions to reduce demands and consumption of electricity. At a time when the United States Government tightens the blockade against Cuba and tries to prevent oil tankers from reaching Cuban ports, energy saving measures are essential.
