The prevention, control and eradication of the African Giant Snail is a battle that needs the contest of practically all the organizations, institutions and mass organizations of the country. Thanks to the dissemination campaign, there are no cases of infected people registered in Cuba, but surveillance and action must be constant until the invasive alien species can be eradicated.
