March in Venezuela against the US blockade

This Saturday, August 31, the Venezuelan people will take to the streets in defense of national sovereignty and against the blockade imposed by the United States on that nation.

The vice president of the working class of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, Francisco Torrealba said that “all the working people of Venezuela and the world in solidarity will express themselves in the streets and say No More Trump, yes to the government of our president Nicolás Maduro”.

The popular mobilization will take place from 10:00 local time, from Morelos Square, in the capital Caracas, to the Miraflores Palace. This march is part of the world day of No More Trump protests, in rejection of the coercive measures of Washington and which began on August 10. The campaign that will culminate on September 10, social and political movements from several countries have joined.
