Cubadebate portal has published that unknown sources of the State Department of the U.S leaked to the press of that country the hypothesis that Moscow is the main suspect after the incidents with the health of the U.S diplomats in Havana.
This sources that use the NBC chain, not even bother in contributing with evidences to justify their accusations since they lack of even a single prove.
