VIII International Law Congress 2019 begins in Cuba

The International Law Congress 2019 was inaugurated this Wednesday at the Convention Center in Havana, with the participation of one thousand two hundred professionals and academics from twenty countries. Advocacy 2019 is a space for the analysis of the matters of Law, from the point of view of the judicial conflict and its alternatives, becoming an event of national legal life and a mobilizing intellectual movement of jurists from Cuba and other latitudes, according to RHC

Contractual breaches and non-contractual liability, and the transnational dimension of civil conflicts, also add to the program. Other issues include precautionary processes and civil and family insurance measures, testing in modern procedural models, filial parental conflicts and their link to immigration regulations. Likewise, the citizen’s relationship with the administration, administrative procedures, judicial control of administrative decisions, procedural reforms, the resolution of international private conflicts and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments will be analyzed.
