USA: Investigate group that raised funds for border wall

The US private group that raised more than 23 million dollars on the Internet to build another wall segment on the border with Mexico continues to raise controversy.

According to local newspapers, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services of La Florida reported the opening of a survey, after receiving complaints about possible legal violations in the operations of the group, called “We build the wall.” The organization (founded by a veteran of the United States Air Force) is registered as a non-profit entity. Apparently, it aims to make possible one of Trump’s campaign promises. The group went to the extreme of undertaking the construction of the barrier (on its own) in a town near El Paso, Texas. It happened after a judge ordered a temporary blockade of the use of Pentagon funds for that purpose.
