The president of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, the second secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, José Ramón Machado Ventura, and Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz, led the meeting of the Temporary Working Group to confront COVID -19. In the exchange, they examined the complex Epidemiological Situation of the country, in a day where the nation surpassed the figure of a thousand positive cases. Also present were the vice president, Salvador Valdés Mesa, several deputy prime ministers and other members of the government.
