In this way he congratulated by means of a letter the Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba, to La Colmenita, a company that also received a picture with images of the children, together with Fidel, Raúl and Hugo Chávez, sent by Raul himself and the President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, in homage to his 30 years of foundation. Alpidio Alonso, Minister of Culture, arrived on Tuesday at that prestigious company; Fernando Rojas, vice minister, and Luis Morlote, president of Uneac, to deliver Carlos Alberto (Tin) Cremata, director of La Colmenita, both awards.Unicef Goodwill Ambassador since 2007 Alpidio Alonso highlighted “the extraordinary cultural and pedagogical value, that relationship with children, that way of involving them and working on a message full of Martian and Fidelistic humanism”, which has characterized La Colmenita during these “30 fruitful years”, in those who “accompanied us in the resistance.” He also pointed out that it is a project that Cubans are proud of.
