The Prime Minister, Manuel Marrero Cruz, called for generalization of the application of the results of scientific research carried out in Cuba. The head of government led an exchange with managers and workers of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (CITMA). He was accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister, Inés María Chapman Waugh, the member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Party, Olga Lidia Tapia Iglesias and the head of CITMA, Elba Rosa Pérez Montoya.
