Jurists from 15 countries debate challenges of advocacy

Delegates from 15 countries will participate this Wednesday and until next Friday in this capital in the Advocacy International Congress 2018, sponsored by the National Organization of Law Practice in Cuba.
Conference about the creation of a new constitution in Cuba
After the inauguration, a masterful conference of the secretariat of the Cuban State of Council, Homero Acosta, about the process of the creation of a new Constitution of the Caribbean nation.
According to the president of the organizing committee, Ariel Mantecón, in the event will participate enterprise assistant, about 100 foreign delegates and lawyers from this organization, whose presentations compete in previous levels until reaching the congress.
Among the topics to be discussed are the related ones to the foreign investment in Cuba, the economic and trade international relations and the constitutional subjects, though the event foresees space for the conflicts in all the branches of the law.
The event works in six commissions
For the present edition of the advocacy (the eight) the presentations were organized in six work commissions: conflicts of civil law, of family and administrative; criminal conflicts; economic trade and financial conflicts; advocacy, jury thought and ethic projection; Conflicts of the right to work; and conflicts of the agricultural and environment law.
According to Elizabeth Moya, technical coordinator of the congress, there will also be book presentations, multimedia and collateral activities like visits to a penitentiary center, to an oral trial and an interchange between Colombian students and young people of the law career at the Havana University.
