The Judge Moro acts against Lula in a political way
At the same time, social movements denounce that Moro acts in a political way against Lula since he no longer acts with the same power against the crimes committed by the right.
Once concluded the investigation, the National Justice Board can open a disciplinary administration process against the magistrates.
On the other hand, the Court of Justice President, Laurita Vaz, rejected a new freedom request presented by the defense of Lula.
