International Justice Court from La Haya rejects claim of Bolivia

The International Justice Court from La Haya, sentenced this Monday, 12 votes for 3, that Chile did not contract legal obligation to give sovereign access to Bolivia to the Pacific Ocean.
The sentence of the international maximal court of the UN, after five years of process and lasted one hour and fifteen minutes, makes clear that his fail will not prevent to both parts to continue interchanges in spirits of good neighborhood to meet the claim of Bolivia of a sovereign way out to the sea after 134 years of landlocked.
