The Provincial Defense Council of Havana analyzed this Wednesday how to reinforce the measures, given the complex epidemiological situation that the Cuban capital faces with COVID-19. The President of the Provincial Defense Council and member of the Central Committee, Luis Antonio Torres Iríbar, called for the demand to be intensified with what is oriented to cut the high rate of transmission of the disease. Governor Reinaldo García Zapata was present at the meeting.
