The Cuban Mirka Francia was exalted to the International Volleyball Hall of Fame, which since 1985 stimulates legendary players.

Villaclareña belongs to that generation of exceptional volleyball players, and in its history they highlight the Olympic crowns of Atlanta and Sydney, and the World Cups of 1994 and 1998.

The Fourth Brunette of the Caribbean exalted to the Hall of Fame France became the fourth Caribbean brunette exalted to the Hall of Fame.

Previously, the three-time Olympic champions Mireya Luis and Regla Torres deserved that merit, the latter shortly after being nominated as the best player of the 20th century.
