Evaluates Díaz-Canel the development of informatics in the Cuban society

The president of the State Council and Ministers, Miguel Díaz Canel Bermúdez evaluated the development of the programs of informatics of the society and the digitalization of the T.V carried out in our country.

In a meeting with executives of the ministry of Communications and representatives of institutions linked to this strategy, Diaz-Canel made a call to develop and defend the national platform actually capable of producing several equipment and operation systems.

According to a report of the national television the process groups thirty enterprises devoted to the development and applications and the informatics services use, products that are increasing and enjoys from the prestige and demand in the international market.

However, it was renown that numberless entities still make important sums for the acquisition of programs in foreign countries.

The Cuban government has made strategies for the development of the communications through the collaboration between universities and developing entities of informatics applications.

Likewise, it works in new projects together with foreign enterprises mainly from China.

The advances of informatics in Cuba has been aimed to the creation of capacities of the infrastructure of telecommunications to power the social connection and develop the automatic management of strategic sectors like the financial bank, the electro energetic, transportation and projects of macroeconomic development.

As a result, the mobile phone and internet services have been moved forward and giving priority in many cases to these facilities in sectors like education, science, health, culture, and scientific development.

During the first ordinary period of sessions of the 9th legislation of the Parliament the Cuban official quoted the informatics of society as one of the pillars of the governmental act.
