Switzerland: Trump reiterates his rejection of environmental protection

This Tuesday, President Donald Trump participated in the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, in its 50th edition, where he delivered a speech in which he rejected scientific evidence and evidence on global warming. Before politicians of the world and businessmen, the Swedish activist of 17 years, Greta Thunberg denounced that nothing has been done to fight against global warming, hours before the questioned speech of President Donald Trump, for his climate skepticism.
Local media stressed that Trump and Thunberg symbolize the chasm between the vision of those who, like the US president, believe that environmental protection is a brake on economic growth and that of a young generation that calls for urgent measures before it is too late for the humanity.
Trump questioned the defenders who warn of the serious consequences of the weather and their predictions.
