The first secretary of the Central Committee of the PCC, General of the Army, Raúl Castro Ruz, sent a congratulatory message to the inhabitants of the municipality of Santiago of 3rd Front. The message was made known during the provincial ceremony for the 60th anniversary of the triumph of the Revolution, held in that territory.
