Protection to customers, a lot of path to walk

The protection to customers has been a subject widely discussed by our press team, though not always with concrete answers for the ones who have the responsibility to do it.
That is why the majority of the complaints and suggestions arriving at our offices are justly related with the bad attention in the services generally speaking.
To this subject the journalist Talía González makes her approach.
It was qualified as an approach to a high hierarchy regulation, the Internal Trade Ministry Mariblanca Ortega, the Resolution no. 54 2018 of that entity which aims to strengthen the consumer protection.
According with the politic approved by the country, this rule makes easier to find the way for a decree which can regulate the customer duties and rights and the obligations for the suppliers for all the loaners of services generally speaking, answered the official of Latin Press in a press conference.
The resolution published from this Friday in the Official Gazette of Cuba, makes clear the rights of the customers and duties of the suppliers of products and services, whether for the State sphere or the self employment sector.
