Pinar del Río will have its presence at the Havana Biennial

The XIII edition of the Havana Biennial, from April 12 to May 12, will have several offices in Matanzas, Cienfuegos, Camagüey and Pinar del Río. In this last province, the Pharmacy project is conceived as a laboratory of ideas and training space.

In the westernmost provinces, artists continue to work to show why this part of Cuban geography deserved to be included in such an important event of the visual arts.

The XIII Biennial, scheduled from April 12 to May 12, 2019, has organized countless collateral exhibitions, tribute shows, workshops, meetings, symposiums. The Pinar del Rio Art Museum, MAPRI, is among the chosen institutions, where the public will be able to appreciate the exhibition “Back to the Earth”.
