Donald Trump returns to attack Cuba and Venezuela

The president of the United States, Donald Trump, again slandered Venezuela and Cuba in a meeting he convened in New York with several Latin American allied counterparts.

These actions are directed even more to the Venezuelan oil sector and the mechanisms used to transport the hydrocarbon to those considered Cuban benefactors of the constitutional president Nicolás Maduro, who continue to provide a lifeline to the ruler, said the US federal entity.

Washington promotes various actions to get Maduro out of power, and since last January he recognizes Juan Guaidó, head of the National Assembly, parliament in contempt, and who called himself acting president, said Radio Santa Cruz.

On the other hand, the issue of Cuba’s support for Venezuela has been used by the US administration to justify new measures against the island, which has reiterated that its solidarity with the South American country is not negotiable.
