Cuba plans to build new desalination plants

The National Hydraulic Program foresees the construction of desalination plants in places where the groundwater is brackish and the supply through networks is insufficient. Specialists from the Ministry of Industries and the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources will carry out new investments aimed at the desalination of water reserves, for the benefit of the population and the economy.
