Antonio La Picirella (Italy) [1]

Antonio La Picirella was born in Bari in 1990 and raised within the social justice movements of Southern Italy. After spending time in Northern Europe as an active member of the Berlin Migrant Strikers, he moved to America. He was present at the Tijuana border in 2018 during the Honduran exodus, and later in Chiapas and Quintana Roo for the Sur Resiste march. He returned to Italy in 2023. An organizer in the World Congress of Climate Justice and during the G7’s protests in Apulia, he is now active in international networks for climate and social justice.
