Provide relevant information on whether any student visa holders have left Harvard University due to dangerous or violent activity or deprivation of rights, and whether the activity occurred on campus. 6. Provide relevant information on whether any student visa holders have had disciplinary actions taken as a result of making threats to other students or populations or participating in protests, which impacted their nonimmigrant student status. 7. Provide relevant information regarding each student visa holder's obstruction of the school's learning environment. 8. Provide relevant information regarding each student visa holder's maintenance of at least the minimum required coursework to maintain nonimmigrant student status. Providing materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent information may subject you to criminal prosecution under 18 USC § 1001. Other possible criminal and civil violations may be applicable. SEVP uses the school's Principal Designated School Official (PDSO) as the main point of contact on any issues that relate to the school's compliance with the regulations, per 8 CFR § 214.3(l)(1)(ii). Therefore, any requests from SEVP with relation to compliance with the recordkeeping, retention, reporting and other requirements of paragraphs (f), (g), (j), (k), and (l) of 8 CFR § 214.3 must be submitted by the PDSO who must also sign the attached attestation statement. The attestation statement will certify the evidence was submitted by the PDSO. Failure to comply with this Student Records Request will be treated as a voluntary withdrawal, per CFR § 214.3(h)(3)(vii). Therefore, in the event the school fails to respond to this request within the timeframe provided above, SEVP will automatically withdraw the school's certification. The withdrawal will not be subject to appeal. Harvard University must confirm receipt of this request immediately via email at
