Rachel Riley Adviser, Health and Human Services Ms. Riley is a former consultant with McKinsey, the global consulting giant. She is working at the Department of Health and Human Services and has worked closely with Brad Smith. Tom Krause Senior Treasury official Mr. Krause has been leading DOGE efforts to review the Treasury Department’s payment systems, which contain sensitive information about millions of Americans. He clashed with a top civil servant at the Treasury, who resisted giving Mr. Krause access to the systems and later resigned from his job.
