NFL Wild Card game between Rams and Vikings moved to Arizona due to Southern California fires [1]
['Kjzz']
Date: 2025-01-09
The NFL is moving Monday’s playoff game between the Minnesota Vikings and Los Angeles Rams to Arizona, citing public safety concerns due to the fires ripping through Southern California.
The game will still be held on Monday, but due to the fires, it’s been moved from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, to State Farm Stadium in Glendale.
The NFL said in a statement that it consulted with public officials and the participating clubs to make the decision.
Tickets will be offered first to Rams season-ticket holders, going on sale at 11 a.m. Arizona time. Remaining tickets will then be made available to the general public, beginning at 1 p.m.
The game will still kick off as scheduled on Monday at 6 p.m. local time.
