This is our official letter to ING [1]

We hold ING legally liable for co-causing dangerous climate change. Our official letter was delivered to ING's headquarters on Friday 19 January 2024.

The letter contains our demands, which right we are invoking and the substantiation.

We demand that ING halves its total emissions and stop cooperating with polluting companies that continue to endanger our future (such as oil and gas companies). Therefore, on Friday 19 January 2024, we announced a climate case against ING. Want to know more?
