UPDATE - 6/23/2023:

The GBI is aware of DeKalb County District Attorney Sherry Boston’s decision to withdraw herself from the investigation into those who committed crimes related to the future Atlanta Public Safety Training Center. The Georgia Attorney General’s Office has been the lead prosecutor on the case. We will continue to work closely with the AG’s Office as we prepare the case for prosecution.

We appreciate the work that District Attorney Sherry Boston and her team have done so far. DA Boston’s decision will have no bearing on the GBI investigation.
