Video: Incompetently-painted wavy double yellow lines on road confuses drivers [1]

Drivers in Hollister, California are confused by bizarre wavy double yellow and white lines newly painted on a busy road. Video below.

According to Mayor Igancio Velzaquez, "it just comes down to the contractor. Somebody didn't read the plans correctly. It was not designed to look very odd."
