"High Everybody" PSA warning against marijuana's ability to spark joy [1]

High Everybody is a series of public Information films warning against Marijuana's ability to spark joy. The PIF shows three different people who all find themselves having a little too much fun when they should be focusing on their job. Although there is surely a time and place for smoking pot (definitely not a good idea to smoke it while driving), all these commercials really do is demonstrate the mood-elevating effects of marijuana, and then warn the viewer "there are no harmless drugs".
