Tea Eggs are delicious. Hard-boiled eggs marinated in tea and delicious spices are popular in China and very, very easy to make.

These are a favorite "I'm in keto!" snack.

This is an excellent use for your Instant Pot! Hardboiling eggs perfectly is pretty simple in an instant pot.
