Military scrambled aircraft to investigate weird orb flying over Kauai

The US military scrambled aircraft to investigate a mysterious white orb floating high over the island of Kauai last week. According to the Department of Defense's office in Hawaii, the orb was an unmanned balloon lacking any identification marks.

Some residents, report that they observed (and heard) jets shooting down the balloon but the military denies that and, as of a few days ago, said they are still tracking the balloon.
