The Snow Miser/Heat Miser song from "The Year Without a Santa Claus"

I was walking around singing songs about my dogs and wondering what tune I was singing along to — it was the Heat Miser song.

I do not really remember watching this documentary as a child, but clearly the song stuff with me. I truly do not understand the whole Christmas story or how these guys fit in. Did they bring the myrrh?
