Family sues after a corpse was unceremoniously exposed to the bereaved

At a 2019 funeral a strap snapped, the casket violently fell to the ground, and Andrew Serrano's family got to see him one last time. Evidently, this horrifying experience left the family "distraught and hysterical."

They are seeking a mere $50,000 in damages. I expected to hear a much larger number.
