Florida man who won $1 million lottery plans on "upgrading to an electric toothbrush"

Brian Nelson, 26, of Leesburg, Florida bought a $20 scratch-off lottery ticket and won $1 million. He has big plans for his newfound wealth.

"I'm just looking forward to upgrading to an electric toothbrush and splurging on a good pair of flip flops," Nelson said.
