#### Whole Grain Rye Sourdough (Initial Creation)

- Ingredients
+ 500g whole grain rye flour
+ 500mL water
- Instructions
+ Mix 100g flour with 100mL lukewarm water
+ Leave for 12 hours in a warm place
+ Stir well
+ Leave for another 12 hours in a warm place
+ Add 100g flour and 100mL lukewarm water and repeat the other steps
+ Repeat this 3-5 times, the dough should then be ready to use
