- Ingredients | |
+ 500g whole grain rye flour | |
+ 500mL water | |
- Instructions | |
+ Mix 100g flour with 100mL lukewarm water | |
+ Leave for 12 hours in a warm place | |
+ Stir well | |
+ Leave for another 12 hours in a warm place | |
+ Add 100g flour and 100mL lukewarm water and repeat the other steps | |
+ Repeat this 3-5 times, the dough should then be ready to use | |
