Release Date            : 15 April 1995

Description             : t In the room with 'star', there is a guy
looking exactely the same as you. I know that
you're unique, but that's not a reason for
shooting him down! If you want to, try to kill
him; you will not survive to his death...
This guy is a genetical copy of yourself which
is locked up in a building so that the owners
have full-control over you. The problem is
that some people decided that you weren't of
any utility to the society. That's the reason
why they let the job of killing the copy to
plenty of ugly and starving monsters. In fact
they have two ways of successing in their
glorious mission: killing the copy or, even
                           better, the original.
You do not have the choice: you will have to
protect him from yourself and from the
monsters. If he looses 100 of health, even if
you still have 30 percent of your health,
                           you'll die.
But you'll have to be very careful because
places that were cleaned up could suddenly
                           become full of killers again.

t Huge level and therefore very slow even on 486
                           66MHZ computers.
t 'Living' level (what a paradox...) because of a
lot of sectors tags (approximately 40)
                         t No BFG9000

t Once more I am sorry to tell you that this level is huge and therefore
very slow. It's the biggest map I ever made. I really wanted to make a
small 100 kilobytes level but I suddenly reached the memory limit of
DEU2 5.21... I had to finish it with DEEP 6.11 (which is really not
good. It's only advantage is to be able to handle very big maps (up to
300 kilobytes)). If you want to play this level on Ultra-Violence,
forget it if you do not have a fast Pentium or a P6...

t I'm not very proud of this level. It is really too big, there is no real
theme and it doesn't look very good. There is not this wellknown magic
while dooming which can be found while playing ID's levels.

t I included a demo of myself finishing the level on Ultra-Violence with
100% secret and kills. It was recorded with DooM2.exe v1.7 so it might
not work if you do not have the same version.

t The music for level1 was made by EMF. It is a new version of the
titlemusic of the great game Frontier/Elite2.

t If you do not know how to play this level, just type the following
command line after you put TWINS.WAD in your DooM2 directory:
 DooM2 -file TWINS.WAD
