Description             :

So, you're still looking for WAD's after 2 years of DOOM ][, eh?  If
that's the case, then you are probably looking for quality, since
you've no doubt had your fill of crappy ones.  Do you like your textures
aligned?  You got it.  Do you like consistent, smooth transitions
between areas? You got it.  Do you like fast-flowing DeathMatches that
include all the weapons, very little health, just enough ammo, and a few
tele-frags?  You got it.  Do you hate BFG overload, megaspheres, soul
spheres, cheap spawn frags, etc? You got it, sort of...  Lemme explain:

With a cursory glance at this wad you will see 3 BFG's, 3 soul spheres,
Combat Armor, etc. and you will think, "Geez, not another one of
those!".  BUT, this one is different.  All of these items save one BFG
are out of the players' reach until one guy gets desperate and wants to
gamble.  You see, when you go after the one accessible BFG, pedestals
with the other goodies come down in different areas of the map.  You are
gambling, because you never know what your enemies are going to obtain,
if anything!  This system really works well to provide a balanced, and
  unpredictable match.

In regard to telefrags, the main battleground of this WAD is an outdoor
arena with three large structures, each with 1 passthru tunnel that acts
as a teleport to the ledge that encircles the arena.  The teleports are
activated only after entering the tunnel, so if you enter and quickly
hit reverse, you will teleport to a different part of the ledge than the
guy that enters and passes straight through.  The guy hoping for a
tele-frag in this case has a 50/50 chance (greater if he is a keen
observer with quick reflexes) of fragging his prey.  Again, a gamble.

Hope you decide to try it, it's a blast!
