* Play Information *
Level #                 : MAP01
Single Player           : Yes
Cooperative 2-4 Player  : In theory, starts are there.
Deathmatch 2-4 Player   : Too big and complex, though I did throw
                         in some starts.
Difficulty Settings     : Yup, mostly monster mix differences
A bit difficult on UV but mostly just intense
moments of panic.  Not Doomgod stuff though.
New Sounds              : No
New Graphics            : No, just good ol' DOOM2 stuff.  Well, I did
put in a new sky because it was lying around
as a leftover from ones I did for Reclamation.
New Music               : You betcha.  This is one of the main reasons
for this wad being built.  It includes music
by Peter Cowderoy, which somehow I inspired him
to write as I went through some self-analysis of
my overextended commitments.  The level doesn't
exactly match what I had in mind then, but I
think it's in the family.  My thanks to Peter.
Demos Replaced          : No.
Monsters                : Yes, there are 212 monsters on UV.
Other stats: 1627 linedefs, 384 sectors
                         RMB Perfect used.
DCC Compliant           : All DCC complaints are either special effect
related or conscious decisions.  It has been
                         DCC checked.
Comments                : This is non-linear for the most part, and you
do not have to do everything to exit the
level.  Why you wouldn't want to do everything
is beyond me, but I don't pretend to know why
                         everyone does what they do.
History                 : 10 May 1999 - initial release
Other wads by the author: One or more levels in Final DOOM,
                         Icarus, Bloodlands, Grievance,
                         Pursuit, Reclamation, The Return
(in progress as of this writing)
and shared update work on Eternal,
all as part of TeamTNT.  Before
                         TeamTNT, co-authored 6-level DOOM1
set Sacrifice and the DOOM2 update
                         of Sacrifice MAP01 as "Argus".

This WAD is the actual first real
                         live unattached level I've ever
released outside of TeamTNT or a
                         partnership effort.  Feels good.
