Description             : The I.M.P. Act is a three-episode megawad for Doom2 and GZDoom, largely
                         inspired by the classic Ultimate Doom IWAD and Dark Forces. Gameplay is
                         very close to vanilla Doom (no jump/crouch/freelook), but this WAD
                         occasionally uses 3D floors, portals, and scripting to add a little extra.

                         Make sure to use GZDoom default compatibility. Strict modes WILL
                         cause problems with infinitely-tall actors in 3D floor areas.

                         Difficulty was balanced around Ultra-Violence with pistol starts. It's a bit
                         easier and more fun (in my opinion) on continuous play.

                         Version 1.0 includes the first episode, "The Phobos Faux Pas."

                         THE STORY

                         After the UAC's disastrous record with teleporter experiments,
                         the government established a moratorium on all teleporter research,
                         and the UAC was relegated to less glamorous projects.

                         However, after a few changes of government administration, the UAC
                         successfully lobbied for an end to the moratorium. With the passage
                         of the I.M.P. Act (Improving & Modernizing Portals), the government
                         built three brand-new teleportation research facilities in Mars space:
                         one on Phobos, one on a space station, and one on Mars.

                         But after the UAC began their experiments, things went about as you'd
                         expect. Once again, it's up to you to save the day. Clear out the
                         hellspawn from the three UAC facilities, close off all portals to hell,
                         and shut down the invasion before the demons can escape and make their
                         way to Earth again.

Known Bugs              : Strict compatibility mode WILL cause problems with infinitely-tall

                         You may notice some minor visual glitches as well as odd monster
                         pathfinding and sound propagation in areas that use portals. The visual
                         glitches only seem to happen when using the software renderer. Portals
                         are fairly rare.
