Base                    : New level from scratch (e1m2 and e1m3
                         come from e1m1)
Build time              : 3 nanoseconds
Editor(s) used          : DCK v2.2, TED 1.2, NWT 1.03
Known Bugs              : can't get the title screen to work.
                         renamed it TITLEPIC, mail me if you know
                         what I did wrong.
