Description : Dirty Harry died and he went to Hell. Have fun.
Important Play Info : BE CAREFUL!! I like sneaky traps, teleporting
you into a room backwards and other despicable
tricks.
PLAY THIS WITH THE ACCOMPANYING DEHACKED FILE!!!
It is a stand alone PWAD, but it's much better
with the DEH file. Also, the DEH gives you a
MAC 10, a fast 12 Guage Auto, a fast M-16, a nice
little laser canon (instead of the rocket launcher)
and various other goodies (increased health and
backpack stats, etc. -- AM I CHEATING? Hell, no
I'm letting you survive. Maybe...) The DEH also
does nifty things like making ghosts, dopplegangers
etc.
To make it easy, I have included several BAT files.
-->DRTYHARY.BAT > Automatically installs the DEH
and starts doom and DRTYHARY.WAD.
-->Old_Doom.Bat > Reconfigures doom for 'natural'
play. (Runs on exit)
Just unzip into your DOOM Directory and type:
DRTYHARY <return>
There are two exits for the first two levels -
one easy, one difficult. The easy exits are for
you wimps...
These are great co-op and deathmatch levels (with
monsters) but I wouldn't recommend playing with
respawn -- It's too hard to get out of a room...
There are plenty of bonuses and ammo dumps. Most
are in secret rooms that require some searching.
SAVE, SAVE, SAVE!! God help you if you die UNSAVED
on level three...
