tcpset95.zip : contains tcpsetup v0.95

I decided to put out a new version for those who are using tcpsetup
(if you want a much spiffier interface, check out iFrag -- especially
once 8 player Hexen becomes available...)
This version has a few features people have been asking me about,
including much better 3-4 player support, simpler command line
interface, switches to run other programs (ie. DOOM2 & Heretic),
and a bit more helpful error messages.  It is NOT compatible with
any version BEFORE 0.94.

Docs are included in the zip file.
