Ok, how do I use it?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Extract the *.WAD file to wherever you normally put new wad
files (ie c:\doom\wad), then use it as you'd use any other new WAD
add-on:
When doom ][ becomes available I believe it will work the same as
doom I. But should only have one help screen instead of two,
because they won't be advertising on the second screen anymore.
so use the single file call help.wad instead of the 2 help1 and
help2 required by doom I. Please correct me if this is not the
case once DOOM ][ is released.
doom -file WAD\HELP1.WAD WAD\HELP2.WAD WAD\M_SKULL1.WAD WAD\M_SKULL2.WAD
That's it! NOW TO USE IT SIMPLY HIT THE PAUSE KEY AND THEN F1 PRESTO YOUR
MONITOR HAS A BLANK SCREEN, (GREAT FOR HIDING THE FACT OF PLAYING DOOM) WHILE
AT YOUR WORK.
Will it work with id's shareware release of Doom?

Version of DOOM required?

Get Doom patch vr. 1.666, the least bug free version available.
