WinDEU 5.24 (DEU for Windows) is distributed in three ZIP files:
  w16deu524.zip - 16 bits version
  w32deu524.zip - 32 bits version (requires NT or Win32s)
  wscdeu524.zip - full source code

If you distribute these files on any ftp server or BBS,
you must distribute verbatim copies of the three files.
More information is available in the LICENSE file
contained in these ZIP files.

Note: if these files are copied on a DOS machine, the
filenames will be truncated (8 + 3) and there will be no
way to tell the difference between WinDEU 5.23 and 5.24.
But of course you will only keep the new version...
