This is my dehacked 3.0 patch that give you and your monsters new arms.
You must have DOOM II (It doesn't matter which version is) and Dehacked 3.0
These are weapon replacements:
       Weapon/monster      changes
You
       Pistol:             Name: Pistol Model 1000
                           Not many changes, but speed doubles.
       Shotgun:            None
       Quad Shotgun:       None
       Chaingun (Vulcan):  Name: Gauss gun (In descent II)
                           Doubles the damage, but Doubles the ammo usage.
       Rocket Lanucher:    Name: Omega gun (In descent II)
                           Fires a large amount of gray Baron fireballs
                           but it's a short range weapon.  (Limit-ranged
                           Projectiles).
       Plasma cannon:      Not many changes, but Fires green instead of
                           Blue, and fires faster, and no recharging
                           required after firing.
       BFG 9000:           Name: Phoenix gun.  Fires at the speed of
                           Normal plasma gun, and damages 3x times
                           the plasma bullet.  However, it
                           Doubles the ammo usage again.

       Trooper:            None
       Sargeant:           None
       Commando (Chaingun):None
       Imp:                None
       Demon:              None
       Lost soul:          None
       Caco:               None
       Hell Knight and
       Barons:             Red BFG Balls (No damage on missile, but the
                           only damage is the pullets)
       Arachnotrons:       Chaingunner
       Pain Elemetals:     None
       Revenants:          Two Missile Lanuchers (Sometimes homes,
                           but damages as same as normal Revenant missiles)
       Mancubus:           None
       Arch-Viles:         None
       Spiderdemons:       Phoenix gun firer
       Cyberdemons:        Missile lanucher (Sometimes homes) and Omega gun
