The associated zip file contains the graphics needed to change
the Sargent character on Doom to an Imperial Stormtrooper from
Starwars.  Unzip to a subdirectory and then move strooper.bat to
the doom directory.  Then type
strooper <path to unziped graphics>

The file needs to change the original Doom.wad, so it firstly makes
a backup of the old Sargent graphics.

These graphics have been tested and have so far not caused any problems.
However, I do not take any blame for any problems that my occur because
of the use of these graphics.  I am working on a more foolproof means
of incorporating the graphics, and I will post this when I have tested
it.
