alientc1.zip and alientc2.zip replace and obsolete
the new alien-tc install for DOOM 1.2 and 1.666

There was a bug in the sounds and in the install.bat for 1.2
so I rebuilt the whole thing.

Only 900k and 950k, due to deletion of waste sound data.
