The PRD project is an attempt to put together a rich database of pwad reviews
so that people know what pwads are must-haves and which ones suck. If you wish
to review I pwad, send email to me in the following format:

Subject: PRD request
I have a copy of the PWAD Review Database application form and I wish to
review a pwad.
EMail addr.   : (your email address)
Name          : (your name)
Games I have  : (Games you own. DOOM, DOOM ][, and/or Heretic)
Prefered type : (Single or deathmatch)
Number of revs: (number of PWADs you would like to review)
Prefered pwads: (PWAD(s) you would like to review, if available)
Comments      : Your comments (if any)

I will pick a pwad randomly of ftp.cdrom.com/pub/doom/levels. If you have a
perfered pwad, I will pick it provided it has not already been reviewed. I
will give you the filename. You are to download it of ftp.cdrom.com/pub/doom/
levels/(gametype)/(first letter of name)/(filename). If you have reviewed
multiple pwads, send me miltiple peices of mail. Once you have reviewed it,
send me mail in the following format:

I have finished reviewing my assigned pwad(s) and am sending back results.
