28.9.97 - Doom Tyson
Notes on Title:
After completing my Doom Master, I decided to give Tyson a shot. I didn't have
much experience using weapons 1 & 2 only before, but I didnt think it would
be to hard. God was I wrong. e2m9 seemed pretty straight forward, e3m1 i
thought would be easy, and wondered why it was in the Medium group.. i found
out why.. Then there is e4m5 - I thought it was impossible the first time i
played it, even without Tyson! it took about 6 try's to get it down.. more

Notes on Levels:
E2M9: Intimidating level, but its really very easy - let the monsters do the
work for you. 1st Try.
E3M1: Suprisingly difficult, due mainly to lack of ammo - stupid imps at the
end keep giving me some shit. The first time I tried this, i ran out
of ammo VERY early, and ended up punching the last
5 imps to death, in a mad adrenilin rush, where i had 4% and there were
still 3 imps, I ran to the exit, beat them up when they came through
the door ad stepped back!! (I hadn't done the Auth Dance at this stage)
Got it on the 2nd try though.
E4M5: When i saw 4 and 5 on my challenge sheet, I said "Forget this.."
man, i HATE episode 4, and this bitch took about 6 tries to get it
right, with the first 3 me dieing withing 3 minutes.. The final one
i got at about 13:00 - killing the caco which is outside at the start
with my LAST BULLET. I ran to the exit wondering if i had a) done the
dance and b) killed everything - luckily i had.. Im glad this is over.
