lotsa plamsa; its payback time!
Comments : e3m8i - 1:00, NO PAR. Get that
spider fighting the baron and then go shoot it up close.
: e3m4 - 2:31, 2:30 PAR. Dance at
the top of stairs at start. Careful with those rockets in
tight places. Doing great to the switch room. Blast an imp
as he respawns, blood sputs out of the green plasma and he
materializes dead. Nearing the last door, plenty of ammo,
several seconds of invincible left and two demons and a
skull to blow away and I'm done. Ok, the last demon is
about to go and . . . "HEY, WHAT THE HECK?" Someone closed
the doors on me as the last demon expired. You can see my
amazement as I stand there looking at the darn door. Oh
well, the switch is just around the corner...take out the
machine gun and grind my way to the switch, all the imps
have respawned. Exit.
: e1m7 - 5:51, 3:00 PAR. Dance at
the start. Great start, then...20 seconds later down to
13%! This is turning into a NIGHTMARE. SUMMARY; 65, 39,
63, 80...10!!!, 23, 60, 40, 37, 21, 13, 60, 155 (AHHH),
103, 87, exit room, 31, 16, 11, 8!!!!, 33, 21. DONE.
This was the first time I finished e1m7 on NM and it
shows. The third one I've done, well, I look marvelous.
Almost always over 50% and usually near 80-100. In
control, no mistakes and a safe ending over 60% with
200 bullets to use. I have lotsa bullets going into
that last room, as I planned it, I used more rockets
throughout the level to clear people, saving bullets
for the end. But I decided to send in the first one
because it has a total nightmare quality to it. I am
uncomfortable watching it. Something please kill me,
end the misery, but like the energizer rabbit I just
keep going, and going and going.

Start is not bad, dance downstairs at the red key. Get
lotsa plasma and the gun. Its payback time! Three nice
long jumps over acid pits.

I never did NM before, except to see what it was like
but never completed a level, I mean, you can't cheat
so how can you finish a level. Now that I've taken a
few exams I thought I'd give NM a try. It was a rush.
